Am I targeted for being sick

There's a law that says a company isn't aloud to fire you because of a disability. But that doesn't stop them from looking for a different reason or trying to make you quit .

When I started at the company I'm with they extended my probation because I wasn't moving as fast as the others. Reason being because I was born with under developed muscles in my hands and needed to build up to it. As I got better and me and my partner got more efficient they raised the bar so we have some extra for the next day to start with. Recently they split me and him up and put us both on our own and I'm now suppose to put the next day at-least 5 hours ahead.

That was all before
the lupus
became active and I got sick. In April of 2009 my leg started hurting me and began to swell up really bad but I worked on it for 2 days. On that Monday morning I went to urgent care to have it looked at. I was suppose to go in to work that afternoon. At urgent care they told me I had a blood clot in my leg and that I need to go to the hospital. I went to the ER and they emitted me and gave me 2 different blood thinners every day for a week. They took my ptinr that day and it was a 1.4 (very thick blood) but the swelling went down and they did X-rays of my lungs because my doctor thought I might have pneumonia as well. Turns out I had a couple blood clots in my lungs. So now I'm on blood thinners for the rest of my life. That makes me a bleeding risk at work.

They ran test on me for lupus and I tested positive now I'm thrown in to crazy schedules. I was denied a spot in the department that I wanted and now I'm bounced between my department and the department I wanted but I make the pay for my normal department the whole time every time one of them takes a vacation day. It puts me on swing shift and that's just not right.
